Materials

Each job needs materials.

  • Each job notes the materials it needs (sanitaryware, taps, tiles…).
  • If it is in stock, it is used; if not, it is ordered.
  • At “Materials on site” you tick off what arrives, whether the builders’ merchant or the delivery team brings it.

Deliveries

For the van.

  • Which materials to take to which job, and which jobs to hand over.
  • Once ticked, the job moves on.
  • Tasks are grouped by destination.
