The service

Pathing (pathing.app), run by Andrés Rodríguez, is an app that brings order, control and tracking to a business's work, customers and suppliers. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. Contact: [email protected].

Service status

Pathing is in its early versions. We improve it often and some features may change.

Plans and prices

• The Basic plan is free, for teams of up to 3 people.
• The Complete plan costs €39 per month + VAT or €390 per year + VAT, for teams of up to 10 people.
• When you create your business you get 30 days of the Complete plan to try it, with no card.
• There is no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you like. If you cancel, or the trial ends and you don't subscribe, your business moves to Basic, paid modules switch off and your data is kept.
• Prices may change. If they do, we will give you 30 days' notice.
• Pathing is a service for professionals: businesses, companies and self-employed people using it for their work. When you subscribe to the Complete plan you give us your tax ID for the invoice.
• If you have paid and you're not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of the first charge, or within 7 days of each annual renewal, and we will refund the amount.
• The free trial is one per business.

Your account and your business

• You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
• Whoever manages a business decides who gets in and with which role, and is responsible for the data the business stores and for having permission to store it.
• Don't use Pathing for anything illegal, to send unwanted messages or to try to access other businesses' data.

Your data is yours

What your business stores in Pathing belongs to your business. You can ask us for a copy or ask us to delete it. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Liability

We take care to keep Pathing working well and to make backups, but we are not liable for indirect damage or for losses caused by service interruptions, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

Leaving and changes

You can stop using Pathing whenever you like. If we change these terms significantly, we will let you know in advance by email or in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
